My photography started in the late 1980s. I was at college, and I purchased a second-hand Rolleiflex medium format twin lens reflex (TLR) camera. I worked with that camera for a number of years, getting acquainted with the basics of the trade and learning my way around a camera. My love of photography was born, and I soon moved on to more advanced cameras.
After I worked with the Rolleiflex medium format twin lens reflex (TLR) camera, I moved on to the Olympus OM-Series single-lens reflex camera. I also stayed with this camera for a while, learning new techniques, and even more about photography. I then upgraded to the digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) Nikon digital cameras, but in 2016 I moved to Fujifilm XT-2 and then in 2018 to the XT-3. I have been very pleased with this camera and lens, which has superb quality and build and takes outstanding photographs.
I have experience in a wide range of photography including architectural, commercial, travel, event, portrait, and interior image taking. I am able to work in a variety of lighting situations, using both natural and artificial flash lighting, depending on the environment in which I?m shooting. Now you know what I do, please feel free to email or call me for a chat about your specific needs. We can also discuss any ideas you might already have about your photos and together we?ll establish a plan for your photography project.
